With an emulator you can know the exact time so I added decimals too. If there is no decimal it means that I don't know the decimal or that it doesn't matter because the time isn't so maxed (like 6:22 on Train lol)
Times that are not shown haven't been TASed with WR speed or better so they are just the normal WR times. The times are invisible but you can hover your mouse over them if want to see them.
